It is with great sadness we announce the passing of David Orville Shpak at the age of 57. He grew up in 100 Mile.
Dave had a baclofen pump put in 1-1/2 months ago, but ended up in Vancouver General Hospital, where they took out the pump because of complications. That is where Dave passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
Dave is survived by son Justin, dad Orville, mom Joan, brother Ken (Terrill), sister Diana (Dave), 3 nephews and 1 niece.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Vernon Alliance Church, 2601-43 Ave., Vernon, B.C.
