With sad hearts we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather.
Dennis was born on December 1, 1941 in Endeavor, SK, raised in Flin Flon, MB and then moved to Vernon in 1972. On October 3, 1964 he married the love of his life Myrna Wolpert.
Dennis worked as an electrician for 25 years for what is now known as Tolko Industries. He enjoyed being a ham radio operator and made many friends along the way. He was extremely intelligent with communication technology.
His latest passion was his stunning flower garden that was admired by many. He lived a full life and liked to entertain people with his interesting stories and took pleasure in making people laugh. He kept his sense of humor to the end.
Dennis will be missed by his wife Myrna, sons Ray, Kevin and Mike (Kim), nieces and nephews and beloved grandchildren who always brought a smile to his face.
There will be a Celebration of Life held for Dennis at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 3, 2017 at the Vernon Golf & Country Club (800 Kalamalka Lake Rd, Vernon, BC).
