Derek Dyson was born on July 13th, 1929 in Glossop, Derbyshire, England and passed away on May 29th, 2016 in the North Okanagan Hospice at the age of 86 years.
Derek will be lovingly remembered one son, Stephen (Murray) of Vancouver, B.C.; one daughter, Jacqueline (David) of Langley, B.C.; three grandchildren, Stephanie (Eric), Colin and Jennifer; three great-grandchildren, Addyson, James and Cameron; and many friends in the Okanagan Valley and Lower Mainland. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Beryl and one grandson, Derek.
Cremation preceded the Funeral Service which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with a Reception following in the Bethel Tea Room.
