It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of  beloved Dolores Jean Jefcoat  in Vernon BC on May 26, 2018  at the age of 84. Dolores was born in Beaverlodge Alberta on October 12, 1933 and moved with her family to the Okanagan as a child. 

She loved creative pursuits and  was an avid reader. She spent many hours sewing for herself and her family,  quilting and making decorative items for her home. In the past few years, she covered her walls with the lovely paintings she created.

Dolores  was predeceased by her  parents Willis and Hazel, her sisters Ruth, Donalda, and Merilyn, brother -in-law Larry and sister-in-law Cleo. To cherish her memory, Dolores  leaves behind her three sons Brian Hustler, Bruce Hustler (Cathy), Keith  Hustler (Dianne); grandsons Craig (Jen), David (Caitlynn), Kevin (Jeremy),  and Greg (Makaela); great grandchildren Jodi, Kyla and Xavier;  her siblings Art (Rose), Wayne (Joanne),  Gwen and a loving extended family. 

Cremation will  precede a memorial service  and reception which will be held at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home at 4303 Pleasant Valley Rd., Vernon on Friday, June 8th at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Enderby Cemetery at  169 Enderby-Grindrod Road. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada.  

The family wishes to extend sincere thanks Dr. Ken Perrier for the outstanding support he gave to her over the years  and to the nurses, care aids and staff at Creekside Landing for their warm and generous care for the past 10 years.
