Donald (Don) Lawrence


Mr. Donald Henry (Don) Lawrence was born on March 14th, 1942 in Princeton, B.C., son of John & Lillian Lawrence of Hedley, B.C. and passed away suddenly and peacefully on January 24th, 2007 in Vernon, B.C. at the age of 64 years. He is survived by his siblings; Carole Heinrich (Jerry) and Doug Lawrence (Janet) of Penticton, B.C., Ted Lawrence (Marcia) of Westbank, B.C., his first wife and very dear friend, Leslie Lawrence of Cranbrook, B.C., his three loving daughters; Donna Lawrence of Big Lake, BC., Debbie Kost (Francis) of Enderby, B.C. and Christine Musgrave (James) of Oakville, Ontario, his grandchildren; Lyndsey, Katelyn, Brayden, Riley, Quinn and Noah. Don’s extended family included his chosen daughter, Lori Jeffery (Daryl) of Airdrie, Alberta, grandchildren, Mandy and Chrystal and great-grandson, Ashton. He was predeceased by his father, his brother, Randy and his mother. Don loved antiquing, restoring his classic cars and sharing a great story. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Cremation preceded a Celebration Of Don’s Life which will be held on Saturday, February 3rd, 2007 at the Manteo Hotel, 3762-Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, B.C. from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.
