April 30, 1936 - April 26, 2019
Don was born on April 30th, 1936 in Wadena, Saskatchewan and was called Home to be with his Lord on April 26th, 2019, just shy of his 83rd birthday.
Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Caroline, to whom he was married for 60 years; two sons, Brian (Fran) and Lee (Danielle); two awesome grandchildren, Miranda (TJ) and Taylor; his twin sister, Donna (Garland) Berg; one brother, Bill (Gerry) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shelley; his parents, Francis and Dorothy and his older brother, Allan.
Cremation and interment preceded a Celebration Of Don's Life which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Monday, May 6th, 2019 at 2 pm with Pastors Sandra Packer-Larson and Len Mittelsteadt officiating. A Reception will follow in the Bethel Tea Room.

We, Don's family, would like to thank all the staff at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital, Polson Extended Care, the "Seniors in Motion Program" in Enderby, Dr. Kutsche, as well as the staff at Pleasant Valley Manor who were all so helpful and caring to us during Don's journey with Parkinson's. We would also like to extend a very heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the friends who visited Don.
