Dodie was predeceased by her brother Thomas Morris and is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, John (Noric House); two daughters, Marion (Larry) Fisher of Coldstream and Cindy Corner of Vernon; one son, Gary (Colleen) Corner of Coldstream; four grandchildren; Scott, Ryan, Carmen (Tim) and Shannon (Bert) and sister Mary Anderson of Maple Ridge.

Dodie had been a resident of the Okanagan Landing and Vernon area for 58 years. She was a member of the Vernon Golf and Country Club since 1965 and belonged to the same Wednesday bridge club for 43 years. She was also a long time member of the Trefoil Guild (Girl Guides).
