Dorothy Kruger Hoogland

May 13, 1939 - July 13, 2021
Dorothy was born on May 13th, 1939 in Hines Creek, Alberta and was called Home to be with her Lord on July 13th, 2021 in Vernon, B.C. at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children; Violet (Ronald) Bellamy, Velma Kruger, Dexter (Lianne) Kruger and Darwin Kruger, her daughter-in-law; Samantha Macleod, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, her husband; Bert and his family, her three nieces; Joey Smale, Sherry Fentie and Trudy Caswell along with numerous extended family members and friends.
Dorothy was predeceased by her son; Dwayne Kruger, her 1st husband; Arnold Kruger, her parents; David and Isabel Pratt and by her siblings; Gladys, Ella, Robert and Dexter.
A Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Valleyview, Alberta on July 24th, 2021 at 1 pm. Following the service, Dorothy will be laid to rest beside her 1st husband Arnold in the Valleyview & District Cemetery. There will be a Celebration of Dorothy's Life at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Vernon, BC on September 4th, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
