We regret to announce the passing on December 3rd,
2008 in Vernon, BC of Dorothy May “Daisy” Watters at
the age of 83 years. Daisy was born October 7th, 1925
in Ocean Falls, BC. During World War II she served in
the Canadian Army. In 1947 Daisy married Allan “Bud”
Watters in Kamloops where they raised their family and
later moved to Vernon. Family was very important to
Daisy. In 2004 she was predeceased by her husband
Allan “Bud” Watters. Daisy will be dearly missed and
lovingly remembered by her children: Karen (Bill)
Waller, Kurt (Mona) Watters, Susan (Doug) Norman,
Bradley (Michelle) Watters and Shelley Watters. Further
cherishing her memory are her grandchildren: Billy and
Russell Waller; Kyle and Dayna Watters; Rose Watters;
Alex, Selena and Nicholas Watters and Chloe Siemens.
A family service was held Thursday, December 11th,
2008 at the Mountain View Chapel, Armstrong, with
interment in Coldstream Cemetery, Coldstream, BC.
Those wishing to do so, may make a memorial donation
in Daisy’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of BC, #102,
