Earl Philip Rogers was born in Ganges, BC and passed away in Vernon, BC on June 9th, 2018.
Earl is survived by his three children: Erin (Gary), Devin (Caroline) and Erica (Richard); his grandchildren: Elijah, Charlotte, Isaac, Sadie-Rae, Everett, Nadia and Aidan, his brother Brian and his sister Rita. He is predeceased by his wife, Marie.
Earl will be remembered as an avid outdoor enthusiast. His favorite pastimes were fishing and hunting which he shared with his many family and friends. He was also very active with biking, hiking and cross-country skiing. While generally a quiet man, he was on occasion the life of the party as many friends will attest. He will be greatly missed by all.
A memorial service will be help at 11am Friday, June 22nd at the Pleasant Valley Funeral home in Vernon, BC.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family wishing to make a memorial donation are welcome to do so through the charity of their choice.
