We regret to announce the death at Vernon Jubilee Hospital on December 21, 2002, of Mrs. Eileen Elvira Koski, at the age of 90 years. Eileen was born in Salmon Arm, and was a resident of the Lumby area from 1942 until 1959. She has been a resident of Vernon since that time. Eileen loved the outdoors, and was an enthusiastic camper all of her life. She was also an expert and enthusiastic dancer. Eileeen was predeceased by her husband, Eric, in 1999, and by grandaughter, Kelly and great-grandson Cole. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons: Merv (Gaile) of Penticton and Ted of Vernon; daughter Bev (Malcolm) McCulloch of Vernon; grandchildren: Cindy, Julie, Lori, Dani, and Kevin; great-grandchildren: Jami, Jason, Kellee, Kim, Ryan, Amber, Jodi, Coti, Julian and Emma; and great-great-grandson Darrin. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and extended family members. At her request, no public funeral service will be held.
