It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Elsie Varin on Friday, July 25, 2019 at 12:30am. Elsie was the youngest of three siblings, sister Agnes and brother Gus, born to Tina and Ernest Hansen on December 30, 1929.
Elsie leaves to mourn Pierre, her husband of 54 years, who lovingly cared for her during her years of illness. Elsie also leaves to mourn many precious nieces and nephews throughout Canada and the United States. Elsie's favorite pastime was reading; her favorite book being the Bible. Her favorite verse was the Lord's Prayer. God's name will be vindicated and his Will will be done on Earth where there will be no more death and sickness. A Graveside Service will be held a Pleasant Valley Cemetery at 2 pm on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019, with James Verhoel of the Jehovah Witness Organization to officiate.
