It is with heavy hearts that the family of Erdman (Ed) Klassen announce his passing on September 15, 2018.

Ed was born in Lowe Farm, Manitoba, September 16, 1942. Ed passed away surrounded by his family at Hospice House in Vernon, BC.

Ed is survived by his wife, Margaret of 50 years, his daughter, Leanne (Dean) Beddie and his son, Geoff (Kate) Klassen. He will be lovingly remembered by his 5 grandchildren: Hailey, Julianne, Dylan, Brodie and Carter.

Ed spent his working life as a heavy equipment operator. His job took him all across Western Canada. He loved golfing and playing afternoon card games with his wife Marg. Ed's commitment to family, his strong work ethic and positive outlook on life will be forever missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Tea will be held in Armstrong, BC at the United Church, October 27, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a Hospice House in your area.

The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at Vernon Hospice House for the amazing care and atmosphere they provide to families.
