Erwin (Erv) Klassen was born on May 5th, 1945 in Goldenkron, Czechoslovakia and passed away on November 11th, 2017 in the Polson Multi- Level Unit of the Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 72, after many years of health related challenges.
Erv will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary, to whom he was married for 44 years; two sons, Ken (Kristan) Klassen of Calgary, Alberta and Jeff (Claire Smith) Klassen of White Rock, B.C.; one daughter, Amanda (Aaron) Leckie of Camrose, Alberta; one precious grandson, Samuel Leckie; one sister, Helen Krahn of Chilliwack, B.C.; one brother, John (Dorit) Klassen of Aldergrove, B.C.; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Cremation preceded a Celebration Of Erv's Life which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 17th, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. with Mr. Pete Krahn officiating. A Reception will follow in the Bethel Tea Room.
