Frances was born on November 11th, 1938 in Revelstoke, B.C. and passed away on September 26th, 2020 in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 81 years.
Frances is survived by her five children, Debra Law (Barend Donker), Wendy Quibell, Pam (Paolo) Danesin, Robert Quibell and Steve (Jodi) Quibell; six grandchildren, Greg (Kelsey) Law, Kim Law, Chad (Camille) Braybrook, Jason Quibell (Stephanie Dattolo), Lawson Quibell and Brandon Quibell; three great-grandchildren, Payton and Makayla Braybrook and Silas Quibell; one sister, Alice (Don) Pawlyshyn and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William "Bill" Quibell in 2003; her sister, Gwyn Campbell; and her brother and sister-in-law, Harry and May Croft.
Frances was an active member of the Eastern Star, Beta Sigma Phi, Power Pioneers and Daughters of the Nile. During her life she enjoyed gardening, golfing, curling and playing bridge.
In respecting Frances' wishes, she was cremated and a celebration of her life will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Frances to the B.C. Heart & Stroke Foundation, #4-1551 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 9M9.
