Frances was born on March 24th, 1929 in Phoenix, Arizona and was called Home to be with her Lord on September 11th, 2020 at the age of 91 years. She was a resident of Pleasant Valley Manor in Armstrong at the time of her passing.
Frances leaves behind her three children, Richard, Anna (Larry) and Rhea (Cliff); her daughter-in-law, Barb; eight grandchildren, Cody, Kent, Sabrina, Racquel, Loren, Jason, Samantha and James; and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; two sons, Clayton and Carl; and her sister, Doris.
Frances grew up in Phoenix, Arizona as a "Big City Girl", living with her grandparents who owned a General Store. She loved fashion and dressing up as well as together with her sister Doris, playing at the store. Frances married Charles Watson after graduation from High School and became a Rancher's wife.
Frances was cremated and a small family gathering will take place at a later date when she is laid to rest with other members of her family in the Coldstream Cemetery.
