In loving memory ~
It is with hearts filled with love that we celebrate Fred Hartley who passed away February 6, 2022. Dad lived a life in service of others—his patients, the city and most of all his family.
Dad had a gentle heart and was always there to listen and offer loving support. He loved Mom whole heartedly. He never hesitated to express his pride for his kids, Lyn and Brenda, and grandchildren Jessica and Michael. His belief in us was unshakable. Every Sunday night he needed a full update on how everyone was doing. Dad never ended a call or a visit with us without saying, "I love you."
Thank you to everyone at Gateby LTC home for caring for Dad. Special thanks to Jane at Gateby; you are wonderful.
Now is the time to let your spirit fly free, Dad.
We will love you forever.
