We regret to announce the sudden passing of Garth Savage of March 31, 2003. He was born on December 2, 1924 in Edmonton, Alberta. He served with the Calgary Highlanders from 1942 to 1946 overseas during WWII. Garth was predeceased by: his daughter Jacquie in 1991 and his parents. Garth will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years Catherine (Kay); his four children, Kathy (Jim) of Lethbridge, Charles (Barb) of Calgary, Rachelle of Vernon, Jean (Doug) of Kelowna and 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Kelvin (Beverly) of Calgary and Beryl (Darrell) of Chilliwack. A family Service of Remembrance was held.
