George Zazubek

was born on September 28th, 1927 in Prince Albert,

Saskatchewan and passed away suddenly on April

2nd, 2010 in Vernon, B.C. at the age of 82 years.

George was cremated and a service and interment

will take place at a later date in Prince Albert,

Saskatchewan.
