Grace March Nickiforek (nee Reay)

August 24, 1935 - June 25, 2019
On June 25th, 2019 our amazing mom, grandma, great-gran, sister, aunt , great-aunt and beloved friend passed away suddenly in her home in Vernon, B.C. at the age of 83 years. Survived by her family and friends she will be greatly missed and always remembered in our hearts.
Grace was born in Dorenlee, Alberta on August 24th, 1935 to Thomas and Olga Reay. She lived in both Alberta and B.C. but made her home for many years in Vernon B.C. Grace enjoyed life and was loved by all who had the pleasure of having her in their lives. She loved spending time with her large family and also enjoyed playing cards with her friends and loved making things for the people in her life. Grace has touched so many lives in her time and she will be forever loved and missed.
Grace did not want a formal funeral and Church services but her final needs are being arranged by Dignity Memorial Funeral Services( Pleasant Valley Funeral Home) at 3007 28th street in Vernon, B.C.
A Celebration of Life and Memorial Tea will be held at the Halina Seniors' Centre at 3310-37th Avenue in Vernon B.C. on Saturday, July 6th, 2019 from 2-4 pm.
