Harley Dale Neufeld
June 1 1946 – April 22 2010
It is with deep sadness and an aching heart we announce the passing of Harley Dale Neufeld on April 22, 2010. Surrounded by his loving family and friends, after a four year battle with Alzheimer’s. Harley was born in Matsqui, B.C. and moved to Lumby in 1959 with his family.
Harley worked in the forest industry all his life. Survived by his loving wife of 41 years Linda, son Shane (Janine) and daughter Shawna (Shawn). Grandchildren Jaden, Hunter, Cohen and Everett. His mother Eva and five brothers, (Ron, Howard, Doug, Ben and Rod) and four sisters (Marilyn, Bev, Dianna and Judy) and their husbands and wives, many nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Dr. Abdel-Kader, nurses and staff at Polson Special for their tender and loving care of Harley.
Harley will be missed dearly by those who knew him, but we also have peace knowing that the suffering is over. An infectious laugh as big as the world, he brought smiles and warmth to everyone he met.
There will be a celebration of his life,
