April 22, 1931 - March 10, 2022
It is with saddened hearts, but joyful anticipation of a wonderful reunion in Heaven, that we announce the passing of Harold Wilson who succumbed to pneumonia.
Harold was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Verna, to whom he was married for 46 years; four daughters, Diane (Randy) Martin, Bonnie (Cal) Weir, Donna Kolabinski and Judy (Barry) Howard; his 105 year old sister, Evelyn Moore; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their families. Harold was born into a family of ten children and eight of his siblings have preceded him in death.
Harold was a kind and gentle man who loved his family and God, who never said he was always right, and gave us all the grace to make our own mistakes, but always loved us as God loves us. He made this his mission in life and he lived it to the very end. We will miss Harold here in our earthly bodies but look with eager anticipation to the day when we are reunited. What a joyous day that will be! Rest In Peace Pa!
The Funeral Service will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 19th, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. with Mr. Daniel Howard officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever." (Psalm 23:5,6 NKJV)
