Hazel May Price

February 16, 1928 - May 5, 2019
It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Hazel May Price on May 5, 2019.
She was born Feb. 16, 1928 in Vernon BC.
Hazel was predeceased by Ted, her husband of 55 years and her sister Daphany Uzunov. She leaves to mourn her sister Shirley Foord (Ian) of Vernon, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and god children.
Hazel met and married Ted in Vernon, where they spent the rest of their lives together.
They also spent many years managing Pennask Lake Fishing Lodge where she taught all of us how to fly fish.
In her younger years she was an avid curler, competing in many bonspiels, making many life long friends.
Hazel was a passionate gardener and grew an impressive rose garden. She also loved to travel and had many trips with family and friends.
A celebration of life for Hazel will be held August 29, 2019 3 pm at Schubert Center banquet room, 3505-30th ave Vernon BC
