Helen's loving husband, Clair, for over 72 years, her 9 children, 26 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, her sister, and numerous nieces and nephews regret to announce her peaceful passing on November 18th at the age of 94.
Helen was born and raised in Kamloops, B.C. Along with her 4 siblings. Nothing was more important to Helen than her family. When she wasn't taking care of her children, which was a full time job, she was helping Clair by running the post office in several of the corner stores they owned and operated together.
Helen had a strong Catholic faith and attended church on a weekly basis as well as being active in various church activities.
The family would like to thank all family, friends and the staff at The Hamlets at Vernon who have supported us through this difficult time.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a future date.
