The family of Helen Steffens is sad to announce her passing on January 27, 2022 at the age of 98 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
Helen was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) in July 2016.
She will be deeply missed by her children Gary (Sheila) Steffens, Campbell River BC, daughter Debora Steffens (Craig), Armstrong BC, and grandchildren Christopher (Lisa) Steffens, Campbell River BC, Rayann (Adam) Duncan, 100 Mile House BC, and great grandson Noah Gary William Duncan.
Helen was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an amazing cook sharing her incredible meals with friends and family. She was an extremely talented seamstress, and artist painting numerous beautiful works of art.
Mom and Dad loved to travel to the Southern United States for the winters in their motor home.
In respecting Helen's wishes she was cremated and a private family graveside service will take place this spring.
