HOWARD CECIL DIBBLEE, aged 96 years, passed away at Kamloops on Tuesday, November 2, 2004. Cecil was born September 15, 1908 at Kinley, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his loving wife Christina of Enderby and sadly missed by step-children Bill (Jane) MacEwan of Surrey and Bett (Tom) Smyth of Prince George; grandchildren Tracey MacEwan, Christie (Dale) Young, Jim MacEwan, Cindy (Claude) Bradley, Julie (Dave) Quartly and Jess Allin; five great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and special niece Helen (Harold) Norlander of Kamloops, with whom Cec lived with for the past six months. Predeceased by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. Cec lived and worked in Kamloops from 1961 to 1972. He lived in Salmon Arm from 1972 to 1993 when he moved to Enderby. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at St. Andrew’s United Church, Enderby. Reverend Ken Jones officiating. Cremation.
