It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Chisholm of Vernon B.C., on July 2, 2023 after a 14 month battle with Cancer.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years- Angela, their daughter Julie (Ted Funfer) sister Margaret, brother Jim (Barbara) and many other relatives and dear friends over the years.
Jack was pre-deceased by his beloved son Adam (April 2022), as well as 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held on August 19th at the Vernon Golf Club.
We would like to thank Dr. L Kwantes, along with the staff and volunteers at hospice house for all their wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Jack's name can be made to the North Okanagan Hospice Society.
