Jake was born on April 10th, 1940 in Haarlem, Netherlands and passed away on October 25th, 2021 in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 81 years.
Jake will be lovingly remembered by his wife Carolyn; one daughter, Kelly (Dennis); one son, Robert (Coree); three grandchildren, Ryan, Davis and Emma; one sister and numerous extended family members.
In respecting Jake's wishes, he was cremated and there will be no Funeral Service held. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Jake to the charity of their choice.
