Jake Loewen passed away December 9, 2019, at Pleasant Valley Care Home, Armstrong, BC. Viewing at Alternatives Funeral Services of Armstrong, BC, Friday, December 13, 7:00 pm with opportunity to share memories. Interment at Armstrong-Spallumcheen Cemetery, Saturday, December 14, 1:30 pm., followed by memorial service at First Baptist Church, Armstrong, BC, 2:30 pm. Officiating: Pastor Jason Gervais and Roger Lobb.
Jake is survived by his loving wife, Trudy; daughters: Denise (Rollie) Hodgman, Prince Albert, SK; Faye Church, Sherwood Park, AB; Sheila (Jim) Hanet, Kelowna, BC; Cheryl (Roger) Lobb, Caronport, SK; grandchildren: Kyle (Jamie) Hodgman, Wade (Danielle) Hodgman, Mark (Hannah) Hodgman, Shad (Rachel) Hodgman, Josh Church, Jeremy (Michelle) Church, Isaac Church, Tyler (Ashley) Hanet and daughters Kinleigh and Olivia, Matthew (Jessica) Hanet and son Theo, Rachel Hanet, Joel Hanet, Mackenzie Lobb, Shelby Lobb, Raeanne Lobb, Rory Lobb. Jake was predeceased by his parents, one brother and seven sisters. He is survived by his sister Elsie Greening. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.fellowship.ca/IndonesiaBoysDorm.
