James Noble Wilsdon

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of J. Noble Wilsdon on March 1, 2009, Vernon, British Columbia. Noble was born August 5, 1922, Elbow, Saskatchewan, and was a resident of Vernon area for twenty-five years. He is survived by: wife, Lena, to whom he was married for sixty-one years; one daughter, Jean (Randy) Hammon; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2009, All Saints Anglican Church, 3205 27th Street, Vernon, with the Rev. Rita Harrison officiating. Tea to follow at Somerset Downs Club House, 4311 20th Street, Vernon. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Vernon Unit, #202, 3402 27th Avenue, Vernon, BC V1T 1S1.
