Joe Peshko passed away peacefully on August 13, 2020 at the age of 84.
He is survived by his daughter Jodi (Joe Schober) and his grandchildren Trey and Teagan, whom he was very proud of.
He is predeceased by his wife Beverlee and his son Michael. Joe was born and raised in Winnipeg where he met his wife Beverlee.
They moved to Vernon in 1968. Joe began a long and distinguished career with Kal Tire. He worked in the mining division for over 30 years.
Joe had a passion for golf, good food and a dry martini. His friends and golfing companions in "The Dirty Dozen" can attest to this.
Joe was always willing to volunteer his time, whether at his kids sporting events or the Kal Tire kids rodeo. He seemed to always be the driver to swim meets and soccer tournaments.
There were many fond memories of soccer teams riding in the back of his truck.
