John is survived by his son, Jim (Lisa) of Vernon; daughter, Jill (Dave) Jewer of Victoria; three grandchildren: Miika, Andrea, and Madison; three stepsons and their families: Mark (Lora) Schwandt of Armstrong, Tom Schwandt of Salmon Arm, and Will Schwandt of Grande Prairie Alberta; sister, Chris English of Qualicum; brother, Gordon (Vanessa) Isnardy of Squamish; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens (near Kelowna International Airport) on Friday, July 7th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
