John Denis Sharp passed away peacefully November 27, 2017 at the age of 64 in Vernon, BC.
He was born February 24, 1953 in Fauld House, Scotland to Patrick and Marie Sharp. John moved to Calgary, AB from Scotland in 1966 where he spent his time dedicated to his career and family.
John is survived by his son, Tim (Elwira); grandsons: Cooper and Mason of Vernon, BC; daughter, Melissa (Terrence) of Canoa, Ecuador; sister, Maureen from Calgary, AB; niece and nephew, Danielle and Steven of Calgary, AB; and his brother, Gerard (Karen) of Calgary, AB.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Marie Sharp of Calgary, AB.
All are welcome to attend a celebration of life for John on December 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of John may do so to the BC Cancer Society.
