We regret to announce the passing of Judith M. Dalgarno, 77, of Vernon, British Columbia, on April 4, 2016 at home near family and friends.
She was born April 12, 1938, in Edmonton, Alberta, the daughter of late Bill and Thelma Smith. She was the older of 2 siblings. On March 12, 1960, she married Paul Jiame Dalgarno.
She is survived by her son Gordon Dalgarno; son and daughter-in-law Garry Dalgarno and Linda Bie; and her brother Brian Smith and extended family of Toronto.
Mrs. Dalgarno was preceded in death by her husband, Paul on January 2, 2005.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to the BC Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home Tea Room Vernon, British Columbia.
