Mr. J. Keith Honeyman, formerly of Grindrod and late of Summerland B.C., passed away on December 5, 2003 in Penticton Regional Hospital at 72 years of age. Born at New Westminster on July 19, 1931 and grew up there. Lived at Dawson Creek for 3 yeas and came back to Delta in 1967. He lived at Chilliwack from 1969 to 1974 and Armstrong until 1980 then returning to the coast and making his home in Grindrod in 1983. As a young man he flew and was an avid square dancer. Keith was predeceased by: two daughters, Margaret and Katherine, also one brother Gordon. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by: 2 sons, John (Lindee) of Grindrod, Bill (Pam) of Malakwa; daughter, Sheila Sanford (Brian) of Fraser Lake; 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. A Memorial Tea will be held a the Grindrod Memorial Hall on Friday, December 12, 2003. Friends are invited to drop in between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Cremation. Interment in the family plot Boundry Bay Cemetery, Delta, B.C. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Keith to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Box 1301, Vernon, B.C.
