April 27, 1962 - April 16, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, Lee Gregory Kazmar passed away on April 16th, 2021 at the age of 58 years.
Lee was born on April 27th, 1962 in Vernon, BC. After spending many years on Vancouver Island, he returned home to the Okanagan where he met his wife Andrea, and they began building their life together.
Lee was an artist. For nearly 20 years he poured creativity and passion into his business, Pools, Ponds, and Waterscapes. A hard- working perfectionist, Lee took pride in transforming even the most difficult of backyards into resort-style oasis. The pride he took in his work extended beyond just pools; Lee was always happy to talk about the extensive home renovations he'd completed over the years.
Lee was a loving husband and dad and everything he did was always for his family.
Lee was predeceased by his father George. Left to cherish his memory are his Wife Andrea; Children Lavone (Kurt), Luke (Sylvie), Carrera, Kayleigh; Granddaughters Tianna, Micala, Paige, Elayna, Quinn; Mother Annette; Sister Karen; "brother from another mother" Eric; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and close friends.
We would like to give a special "thank you" to Dr Boucher, to the staff at VJH, KGH, and to the Kelowna Cancer Clinic. All of your time and dedication gave Lee the chance to truly live his life this past year and we will forever be grateful for the time that we had with him.
Due to current covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. For those who would like, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in Lee's name. http://donate.bccancerfoundation.com/goto/LeeKazmar
