It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lilian Eleanor Isabel Hallam on December 26, 2017 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
Lilian was born in Vonda, SK on January 18, 1920 to Laura and Robert J. Smith.
She was predeceased by her husband Bud of 67 years and her sister Eileen.
Lilian worked as a bank teller, and for many years as a secretary and court reporter in Saskatoon. In 1977 she and her husband retired and moved to Vernon where they made many dear friends.
She is lovingly remembered by her five children: Heather, Lynne (Allan), Doug (Lynne), Candace and Carol (Allan), her ten grandchildren: Darcia, Todd, Chris, Jay, Justan, Darren, Tamara, Natasha, Brandon and Brodie, her ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lilian was a tiny, feisty lady with a tremendous zest for life. She will be greatly missed.
She's in the stars, the sun, the moon, the lilies. Goodbye pretty bird. Our mom has let go...
