It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Louis on June 21, 2019 in Vernon, BC. He was born on August 3, 1945 in Wadena, SK. He had lived in Quill Lake, SK and served in the navy for 5 years, he also had lived with his family in MacKenzie, BC for 30 years, moving to Armstrong in 2003 to fulfill his lifelong dream to have a farm. He was married to his loving wife Nora for 49 years.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services (2980 Smith Drive, Armstrong) with Father Tony Ackermann officiating. A lunch will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Hall following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Okanagan Hospice Society. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family at www.MyAlternatives.ca.
