It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Malcolm on February 8, 2020 in Enderby, B.C. Born May 8, 1932 at Mable Lake.
At 20 he volunteered to join Canadian Armed Forces and saw active service from 15 July, 1952 to 14 July, 1955. Upon his honourable discharge he married his wife, Edna (Fleury) and together raised 3 children and two nieces. He enjoyed fishing, reading and watching baseball.
He is survived by his daughter Karen (Joe) Todd of Salmon Arm, sons Darrell (Tracey) of Ashton Creek, Kevin of Mabel Lake, brother Robert (Marion) Dale of Enderby, B.C., nieces Donna (Jim) McCullough of Mayerthorpe, Alberta, Linda (Al) Belsham of Savona, B.C., numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren , as well as extended family. Predeceased by his loving wife Edna of 38 years, brother Kenneth, niece Tara (Berndt), nephew Devron (Krueger).
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Kingfisher Hall. 3337 Mabel Lake Road. In lieu of flowers, donations to Okanagan Historical Society. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family at www.MyAlternatives.ca.
