In loving memory ~
It is with great sadness that the Brenner family announces the unexpected passing of Manfred Brenner on November 29th 2021 at his home in Vernon BC with his wife Edith by his side.
Manfred was born in October 1936 in the town of Ketsch, Germany. He immigrated to Canada in 1967 settling in Oakville, Ontario where he ran a thriving Fur business. He was a proud member of the Schwarz Weiss Milton Soccer club. In his early years he was a tenacious player and later a dedicated coach. He became known affectionately by the team as coach "two-touch". Manfred was also a member of the Hubertus Hunt club where he enjoyed hunting with his friends throughout Canada and Pennsylvania.
Manfred and Edith moved to the Okanagan in1999, where he was an avid skier into his 80's and took great pride skiing with his grandchildren. He loved the outdoors including fishing, camping, hiking and ATVing with his dog Maya.
Manfred was a man of integrity, filled with kindness, who liked to work hard, but still have fun. He was always willing to give his opinion and advice whether it was wanted or not.
