Margaret Elizabeth Bradley passed calmly from this world on January 21st, 2007 in her eighty-fifth year from an illness she battled bravely for some months. Margaret will be terribly missed by her daughters Anne and Nancy (Mike Masella) of Vernon and Joyce (Steve Ladas) of Ottawa as well as by her cherished grandchildren Natasha, Shane and Jason. She was predeceased by Len, her loving husband of 57 years, brother Leo, sister-in-law Maude and sister Audrey. She is survived by her sister Jeanne (Joe Griffin), sisters-in-law Rita Staigh and Lillian Bradley as well as many nieces and nephews who will mourn the passing of her sense of humour and heart of gold. Those who were fortunate to be her friends will sorrow for her.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated by Father Peyton at 10:00 am on Friday, January 26th at St. James Church, 2607-27th Street, Vernon,
followed by a reception in the Church Hall from 11:00 until 1:00pm. Margaret’s ashes will be returned to Arnprior, Ontario in the spring for burial. Many thanks to all of Margaret’s friends and family who offered their prayers and wishes for her peaceful
passing, and special thanks to the medical
staff at Vernon Jubilee Hospital for their tender
care. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests any donations in Margaret’s memory would be gratefully received by the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation, 2101-32nd St., Vernon
