Margaret Isobel Jacobson passed away Saturday, December 3, 2005 in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital. She was born October 26, 1919 in Saskatoon and had lived in Vernon for 30 years. Mom will be greatly missed by her children, Joan of Vernon, Patricia of Kamloops, and Barrie (Helen) Jacobson of Prince George. She is survived by her grandchildren Kirsten (Darrell) Peck of Surrey, Kerry (Lee) Casperson of Vernon, Shane, Shalene, James, Tyler and Ryan Jacobson of Prince George, and by her great- grandchildren, Kira and Jaron Peck, and Nathan and Kaitlyn Casperson and by many cherished friends. She was predeceased by her infant son, Terrence in 1951. Margaret was a life member of the Hospital Auxiliary and a member of Trinity Memorial United Church in Abbotsford. She enjoyed dancing, bowling, crib and bridge. Most of all, she loved driving and providing transportation for her friends. We deeply appreciate the wonderful help and support given to Mom and our family by the staffs of Home and Community Care, wecare, Meals on Wheels, Gentle Waters Assisted Living, the Polson Special unit, Gateby, the BC Ambulance Service, and the doctors and nurses of VJH who attended to her. Special thanks to Dr. Doug Williams for his care and understanding. Margaret will be cremated. There is no service by request. In the spring, her ashes will be interred in the Jacobson family plot in Abbotsford. Our family invites Mom’s friends and acquaintances to a memorial tea on Wednesday, December 14th from 2-4 p.m. at the Pantry Banquet Room, 3908 – 32nd
