Sept. 27th, 1919 – June 9th, 2006
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mom Mary Strynadka. Mom has left us to be reunited with our dad John (1975) our brother Irwin (2000) and our brother Lorne (2004). Left to miss her are her children Adeline (Silver) Lupul, Terry Strynadka, Suzan (Dave) Ross, Mary Jane (Jack) Patteson, Joanie (Rory) Haller, Daughter in law Virginia, her grandchildren Darren, Dawn, Eric (Tara), Lesley (Kelly), Kari-Lynn, Devin, Brittney, Tamara, Tyler, Colin, and great grandchildren Bradley and Jaden, who will miss their Baba very much. There will not be a day that goes by that we will not think of this beautiful little lady and remember her with pride, respect, and love. We will be forever thankful that she was in our lives. Mom was very fortunate to have many wonderful friends, in particular, Merba, Yvette, and Berniece, who were always there for her and for us, whenever needed. Mom was a longtime member of the Ladies of the Royal Purple. We would like to take this opportunity to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, the very dedicated and caring Dr. Ross Waldron, who is one of a kind. Thank-you to Dr. Chai and all the staff on 3 East who treated mom with such kindness, caring and dignity.
Memorial service and tea will be held Thursday, June 15th at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home. Brian Jackson officiating.
