Maurice Stewart Winton passed away peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the age of 71. Survived by his family, son Robert Winton (Michelle); daughter Kimberlee Hippe (Scott); four grandchildren; sisters: Patricia Chubb (Allan), Marion Krucik (Frank Thorne), Judy Pare (Gary), Donna Raiter (Chuck); numerous nieces and nephews; his girlfriend Marje Broomfield and her family as well as a multitude of good friends. There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, April 12th at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC, Suite 307 – 1664 Richter Street, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8N3.
