Mildred the eldest daughter of Mary and Harry Jonah of Portage Vale NB, passed away peacefully in the gentle manner she lived her life, at the age of 96. She was surrounded by family members, special caregivers and photos of loved ones. She touched many lives and taught us resilience for "Better Days Ahead", Her beautiful spirit will live on.
Mildred is survived by her Children: Sam (Betty), Harry (Eman), Gloria (Ken and family), Sylvia, Ron (Joanne), Don (Eileen); Grandchildren: Daniel, John, Chris (Holly), Jenna (Ben), Curtis, Amanda, Jeff (Beth), Ginelle, Natalie (Chad), Greg; Great Grandchildren: Chloe and Bodhi; her Sisters: Jeanette Arbeau NB, Evelyn Graves NS, and many Nieces and Nephews.
Mildred was predeceased by her Husband Charlie in 2006 and Son-in- laws Pep Lapier and Eric Johnston. Special thanks to Bay Ridges LTC in Pickering where Mildred called home for the past 6 years.
