Murray Cooney

In loving memory ~

Murray was born in Vernon B.C. to parents Raymond and Patricia Cooney. Murray worked as an accountant starting in Lumby with his mom Pat and later carried on to his own business with many lifelong clients that he considered as friends. He had a passion for helping people and family was everything to him especially his grandchildren and his grand-dog Pickle. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Michelle, son Joshua, daughter Nicole (Desiree), son Chad (Krista), grandchildren Tyler, Brenden, Shea, brother Doug (Jeanette), nephew Dawson, and niece Paige.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Alzheimer's society. A celebration of life will be held Saturday July 27th at 11:00AM at the Vernon Elks Hall. 3103 30th Street.
