It is with deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Nathan Robert Geddes, at the age of 22 years, on September 21, 2009 at Vernon, British Columbia.
Nathan was born April 27, 1987 in Richmond, BC. He moved with his family to Vernon in 1998 where he established roots and made many good friends. In 2005 Nathan graduated from Vernon Secondary School. He was a Master Army Cadet, loved snow boarding and cooking.
He will be lovingly remembered by: his Mother, Sharon of Vernon; Father, Bob of Grand Cayman; Sister, Jade of Vernon and his loving companion, Michelle. Further surviving Nathan are his Grandparents: Bob & Val Geddes of Richmond, BC, Mary Jean Robertson of Winnipeg, MB, John Dent and Betty Brandley of Vernon, BC as well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nathan’s honor to Army Cadets, 1705 BCD, Attention: M. A. Steck, 1900-29th Street, 190 Main, Vernon, BC V1T 6M2.
There will be a viewing at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2009 and a Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, September 27, 2009 with both being held at Mountain View Chapel, Personal Alternative Funeral Service, 2980 Smith Drive, Armstrong, BC.
