Olga, our loved one, passed away peacefully January 15th, 2020. While God gave this special angel to us for almost 90 years, he knew when the exact moment would come to take her back. He lovingly found a way to take her home without suffering. She is now having the time of her life, now that the time of her life is over. We can only imagine she is "beside herself", now that she is "beside" her first born son Larry, her granddaughter Sarah, her parents and siblings all who have gone on before her. She was surrounded by her immediate family
and leaves behind Victor, her husband of 69 years, 2 daughters Valerie Powell and Debby Marshall, 2 sons Leon (Laurissa), and Terry (Kelly) 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Throughout her almost 90 years, hard work, enormous resiliency and an unwavering faith in God prevailed. She was blessed with the gift of hospitality, and a servants heart and was completely devoted to her husband and children. She continued to serve her friends and family to the day she went to be with her Lord and will be missed beyond measure.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 27th, 2020 at 11 am at the Bethel Funeral Chapel, 5605-27th Street, Vernon, B.C. Phone: (250)542-1187. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
