Otto Stordalsvoll

MR. OTTO STORDALSVOLL passed away in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital on Friday, July 30th, 2004 at the age of 78 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pat, to whom he was married for 30 years, his step-children; Pat (Paul) Jones of Kamloops, B.C. and Wray Griffith of Vernon, B.C., three step-grandchildren; Christina, Jimmy and Megan, two sisters; Mary Tidemann of Meraker, Norway and Aslaug Holmes of Red Deer, Alberta, one brother; Nils (Ruth) Stordalsvoll of Sweden; two sisters-in-law, Margaret Stordalsvoll of Evansburg, Alberta and Lillian Stordalsvoll of Edmonton, Alberta and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brothers. Otto was a member of the Killiney Beach and Parker Cove Senior’s Associations and was a past member of the North Okanagan Cross Country Ski Club. He had a passion for sailing and loved to be out on the water whenever he could and loved both downhill and cross country skiing. Cremation preceded the Funeral Service which will be held at Bethel Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 6th, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Peter Ward officiating. A Reception will follow in the Tea Room at Bethel Funeral Chapel.
