It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Patricia Wheatley on September 1st, 2016 in Vernon, BC. Patricia was born on August 19th, 1925 in Winnipeg, MB. Patricia loved golfing, figure skating, gardening and the outdoors. Patricia is survived by her loving husband Arthur, to whom she was married for 59 years, her son Bill (Gail), daughter Shelagh (Bud), grandchildren Brandi and Glen and great-granddaughter Alaina. There will be no service held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s memory to the Allan Brooks Nature Centre (250 Allan Brooks Way, Vernon, BC V1H 1G2).
